Regions & Occupations

Regions and Occupations are reference data used throughout the platform for user profiling and content targeting.

Regions

Regions represent geographic areas where agents operate. They are used for:

  • User assignment — Every agent and manager is assigned to a region
  • Content targeting — Trade Updates can be targeted to specific regions
  • Library content — Photo/video galleries can be region-specific
  • Manager scoping — Managers only see users in their region
  • Locale detection — Agent’s preferred language is auto-detected from their region

Managing Regions
