Famils
Familiarization trips (Famils) allow travel agents to experience Vanuatu firsthand. This section also includes industry testimonials from agents who have visited.
Self-Famils Programs
Self-guided familiarity trips that agents can access after being granted permission.
Access Control
Self-Famils access is controlled per user via the Self-Famils Access checkbox on their user profile. This can be:
- Manually enabled by an admin
- Automatically granted when an agent completes a level with a reward that has Grants Self-Famils Access enabled
Managing Self-Famils Categories
- Navigate to Famils → Self-Famils Categories
- Create categories to organize programs (e.g., “Adventure”, “Cultural”, “Beach”)

Each program must be assigned to at least one region. Agents only see programs that target their region.
VTO Famil Opportunities
Official VTO-organized familiarization trips, managed per region.
- Navigate to Famils → VTO Famil Opportunities
- Click Create New

VTO Famil Opportunities are only visible to authenticated agents (not public). Each entry targets a specific region.
Industry Testimonials
Testimonials from travel professionals who have experienced Vanuatu. These are displayed on the platform to encourage agents.
- Navigate to Famils → Industry Testimonials
- Click Create New

Social Links
Each testimonial can include up to 5 links with a type:
- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, or Other
Use the Featured checkbox to highlight the best testimonials at the top of the page.
