Training Management
This section covers everything related to the training system — from creating content to monitoring agent progress.
Content Hierarchy
The training content is organized like nesting dolls — each element fits inside the previous one:
| Concept | Role | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Level | Top-level progression stage. Agents must complete all trainings in a level before advancing to the next. | Nakato → Nawimba → Nabanga → Tam Tam |
| Training | A themed course within a level, grouping related modules. | ”Discover Vanuatu”, “Sell Vanuatu” |
| Module | A learning unit containing an ordered sequence of slides. | ”Geography & Culture”, “Accommodation” |
| Slide | A single screen of content — can be a video, rich text, quiz, or interactive map. | A YouTube video about Port Vila |
| Reward | Content unlocked when an agent completes all trainings in a level. Can grant Self-Famils access. | Exclusive destination photos, famil access |
How Agents Progress
When an agent completes all the slides in a module, the module is marked as done. When all modules in a training are done, the training is complete. When all trainings in a level are done, the agent advances to the next level and unlocks the associated reward.
